My Approach

My approach is psychodynamic and relational. This means I am interested in what lies beneath the surface of present difficulties, and how past experiences, early relationships, family dynamics and ways of coping may continue to shape what you are experiencing now.

 

Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns or feeling things we do not fully understand. Therapy can offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to notice these patterns, make room for what may have been pushed aside, and begin to put difficult experiences into words.

I offer a warm online space where you can speak openly and be listened to with empathy, care, curiosity and unconditional positive regard. I work relationally, meaning the relationship between therapist and client is an important part of the work.

 

Therapy with me is collaborative rather than directive. I do not work from a fixed plan or assume there is one simple answer. Instead, we work together at your pace, with respect for your background, identity and experiences, thinking about what feels difficult and what might gradually begin to change

Fees

Free 15-minute initial call

I offer a free 15-minute initial call as an opportunity for us to briefly connect and see whether working together feels right.

This is a space for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how I work. You’re also welcome to discuss what you’re looking for and whether online or Walk and Talk Therapy would suit you best.

There is no obligation to continue the aim is simply to help you make an informed and comfortable decision.

Walk and Talk Therapy : £110

Initial consultation: £50

The initial consultation is a 50-minute session designed to explore what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the process.

This is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other, discuss your current challenges, and consider how we might work together. We will also explore whether short-term or longer-term therapy feels most appropriate for your needs.

The consultation takes place in a confidential and judgement-free space, allowing you to speak openly and ask any questions before committing to ongoing sessions.

Online therapy session: £80

Online therapy offers a dedicated space for you to pause, reflect, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface all from the comfort and privacy of your own environment.

Each 50-minute session takes place via Zoom and is held in a confidential and judgement-free setting, where you are free to speak openly, at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a space to think and process, online therapy can provide steady, meaningful support.

Working remotely can often make it easier to access therapy in a way that fits around your life, while still building a consistent and supportive therapeutic relationship. Sessions take place weekly, at the same time each week, offering a reliable structure and sense of continuity.

Walk and Talk Therapy offers a gentle alternative to traditional seated sessions, combining therapeutic conversation with the natural rhythm of walking outdoors.

These 50-minute sessions take place in a local green space, where movement and fresh air can help you feel more relaxed, grounded, and open. Many people find that walking side-by-side makes it easier to talk, reflect, and process thoughts and emotions.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online via Zoom or Walk and Talk therapy.

  • Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.

  • All Sessions are Safe,Confidential and judgement-Free. 

  • All Sessions take place weekly, at the same time and same day each week.

  • I offer both longer-term (open-ended )therapy and short-term therapy.

  • Short-term therapy typically involves a minimum of 12 sessions (online) Therapy.

  • Short-term threrapy is usually a minimum of 6 sessions (walk and Talk Therapy)
